Everyone knows that there are two classes of central bankers at the ECB, you can be a pigeon or a falcon. Weber represents the hard line in the ECB, so the countries known as PIGS (Portugal, Ireland, Greece and Spain) the weak countries are going to have big problems. Weber will not guarentee the bonds of the eurozone, so if you are an investor of sovereign debt you should know that nobody will guarantee your investments.
